The project is a pure subway superstructure complex with an area of 220,000 square meters and a total construction area of 630,000 square meters. Among them, residential construction area is 170,000 square meters, office building is 45,000 square meters, commercial is 29,000 square meters, and public rental housing is 250,000 square meters. There are 1,700 houses in the residential section, and the main household type is 78-138 square meters.
The project introduces the TOD development concept, through the development of the upper cover and the coordination and integration of the surrounding land and the station, the intensive use of land resources, rational layout of commercial, leisure, entertainment, office, residential and other functional divisions, We will make full use of the combination of public space and rail transit to maximize the economic and social benefits of the project and build a regional landmark city complex.
During the development of this project, we have made full use of the experience in the development of subway superstructure properties in developed areas such as Hong Kong and abroad, and reduced the noise and vibration factors that occurred during the operation of rail transit and depot through the introduction of advanced design concepts and technical means. The comfort of the project has been greatly improved. At the same time, safety and security measures have been taken to ensure the normal operation of the subway during the construction period, which has greatly improved the land conditions and optimized the living environment. It has created both a people-oriented living environment and a safe, convenient, comfortable and efficient public transportation environment.
The project is dedicated to the promotion and research of environmental protection and energy conservation. In the process of development, we will make full use of green building experience to save resources(energy, land, water and materials), protect the environment and reduce pollution. Provide people with healthy, suitable and efficient use of space and nature in harmony with the green building.
From the first opening in November 2013 to 2016, all the residential parts of the project were sold out, and the contracted amount was 7 billion yuan, winning several monthly sales championships in ordinary residential areas in Beijing and Fengtai District.
